How often should I make an appointment for my dog or cat to see a groomer?

The frequency of visits depends on your pet’s breed, coat type and lifestyle. Long-haired dogs and breeds that require a haircut should visit the groomer every 4-8 weeks, while short-haired dogs and cats – depending on their grooming needs.

Will my pet be comfortable during grooming treatments?

Yes, at our salon we make sure that every pet feels calm and safe. We use a gentle approach, with no rush or stress. We do not use tranquilizers – we work in harmony with the animal’s natural rhythm.

Do I need to prepare my dog or cat before visiting the groomer?

It is a good idea for your pet to be relaxed and walked before the visit (in the case of dogs). Do not bathe your pet just before the visit – the groomer will assess the condition of the coat and select the appropriate grooming products. Cats are best transported in a carrier so they feel safe.

Does a haircut or trim hurt my pet?

No, shearing and trimming are painless if done properly. Trimming (removing dead hair) is a natural process that helps the skin breathe and does not cause discomfort.
